Processing & Fabrication Time All charging cases are built to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for fabrication and quality inspection before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production the next business day.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Timeframes Total order lead time is typically 5–7 business days for fabrication plus carrier transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Confirmation Delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout constitutes fulfillment of the order. ChargingCases.com is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier or post office, then reach out to us at [your support email] within 5 business days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item(s) immediately and contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
